Born in Brooklyn, New York, Eyal S. Eisig has over fifteen (15) years of litigation experience in Florida and New York State Courts. Eyal has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, engineers, architects, contractors and design professionals. He advises local and national clients on a variety of business disputes, including commercial real estate, trade secrets, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements and business contracts. In addition, Eyal’s practice includes mediations and arbitrations which focus on commercial and real estate litigation and business disputes.
Mr. Eisig has successfully defended a Miami Beach restaurant against a high six-figure claim of overdue rent and obtained Judgment on a Counterclaim for overpayment of rent; and obtained verdict at trial against former Association board member who abused his position for his own financial gain and to the detriment of the Association. Mr. Eisig has briefed, argued and successfully obtained dismissal of 11 causes of action arising from an alleged wrongful death before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of NY.
Mr. Eisig was admitted to the New York Bar in 2004 and the Florida Bar in 2014. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of New York for both the Southern and Eastern Districts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was awarded the Jacob Burns Medal for Distinguished Achievement in Moot Court Competition Member: Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Eisig graduated from Binghamton University (SUNY), cum laude.
