Mr. Andrews’s ten (10) year business background in project and operations management combined with fifteen (15) years of experience as a litigator provides him a unique advantage in defending and prosecuting a variety of commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Andrews has represented and counseled a wide range of business clients and individuals in lawsuits involving real property, consumer credit, consumer banking, secured transactions, corporate disputes, and condominium association law. Before joining Phillips Lawyers, Mr. Andrews’ skills as a litigator were honed while working for prestigious firms, including Akerman Senterfit and Shutts & Bowen.
Mr. Andrews received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern School of Law in 2005. Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Andrews received his Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University in 1992. In addition to his membership in The Florida Bar, Mr. Andrews is admitted to practice before The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
