ABOUT Meredith Silver

Partner

Meredith M. Silver joined Phillips Lawyers, as a partner in 2015, and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, construction law, foreclosures, association law, and simple divorce.   Mrs. Mishan Silver represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases involving corporate disputes, breach of contract actions, fraud-based actions, and judgment collections.  She also represents debtors and creditors in chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters.  Mrs. Silver oversees the Firm’s association law department. Before joining Phillips Lawyers, Mrs. Silver worked for ten years at the Law Offices of Steven Mishan, P.A., with a primary focus on bankruptcy and commercial litigation.  Prior to law school, Mrs. Silver worked as the Financial Coordinator and Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Finance for the CBS Television Network in the historic Black Rock Building in New York City, during the 2000 merger of CBS Corp. and Viacom, Inc.
