Michael V. Miller

Michael V. Miller is a partner with Phillips Lawyers. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. Mr. Miller represents individuals and corporate entities in a variety of litigation matters, including breaches of contract, business torts, shareholder and partner disputes, officer liability, statutory violations, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and real estate disputes.

Mr. Miller works closely with clients to identify their business objectives and design a litigation strategy focused on achieving an optimal and efficient result. Mr. Miller is licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey and earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.
