Jerald C. Cantor concentrates in the areas of real estate, probate and estate planning, and business law.

As part of his real estate practice, he represents buyers, sellers and lenders of commercial and residential property. He is a title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Fidelity Title Insurance Company. He also has extensive experience in leasing commercial property.

In the probate and estate planning area, he has handled the administration of estates ranging from $45,000,000.00 to small summary administrations; and regularly drafts wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.

Lastly, Mr. Cantor has extensive experience in handling the purchase and sale of businesses as well as drafting employment, non-competition and non-solicitation, distribution and supply agreements, and all other business related documents.

Mr. Cantor has been Martindale-Hubbell “AV Peer Rated” for over twenty five years.

Mr. Cantor received his juris doctor degree from NYU Law School in 1969, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Bowdoin College in 1966.He is a member of the Florida and New York Bars
