Mrs. Rosen attended the University of Central Florida for three years and then finished her undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University where she graduated with honors and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-law with a minor in Psychology. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center with her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Mrs. Rosen was a Leo Goodwin Merit-Full Scholarship recipient and Broad Fellowship recipient, in addition to serving as a Certified Legal Intern for Dade Legal Aid focusing on family law.
After law school, Mrs. Rosen was extensively trained in matters involving complex commercial litigation. Mrs. Rosen represented large financial institutions, corporations, and small business owners involving commercial disputes, real estate, secured transactions, and construction defect litigation. Mrs. Rosen continues to focus her practice on complex commercial litigation including corporate disputes, breach of contract actions, fraud-based actions, judgment collections, and landlord/tenant disputes.
During and after law school, Mrs. Rosen also dedicated her time as a Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County and Miami-Dade County, FL. In this capacity, she helped abused, neglected, and abandoned children navigate the judicial system. Mrs. Rosen is licensed to practice in Florida, including the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Northern District of Florida.
Outside of her passion for the law and advocating for her clients’ rights, Mrs. Rosen has a strong passion for helping children and families in need through organizations such as the Kosher Food Bank, Lotus House, and JAFCO.
